TERRE HAUTE, IN - This video was captured in front of Honey Creek Mall on October 9, 2010. Two Terre Haute Indiana police officers arrested this man, handcuffed him and placed him in the back of the police car. After the man was placed in the car, one officer pulled out his taser and appeared to threaten the man with it. The officer holstered the taser and walked to the rear of the police car. This observation does or does not indicate misconduct, but it is interesting to capture police activity on video.
